Deposits via mobile banking are generally instant — your gbajj balance is credited within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers may take a little longer. If more than 15 minutes have passed, contact the Help Centre with your transaction ID.

gbajj typically processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Mobile banking withdrawals are usually much faster. However, your first withdrawal or one that requires KYC verification may take a little longer.

gbajj does not charge any additional fees on deposits. That said, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. gbajj also has no withdrawal charges, though bonus-related restrictions may apply if certain conditions haven't been met.

Withdrawals are sent to the registered mobile number or bank account linked to your gbajj account. For security purposes, gbajj only approves withdrawals to the payment method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

gbajj uses the decimal odds format. Multiply your stake by the odds to get your total return. For example, a ৳1,000 bet at odds of 1.85 returns ৳1,850 in total — which includes your original ৳1,000 stake. Your net profit would be ৳850.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, gbajj offers a Cash Out feature that lets you partially or fully cash out a bet while a match is in progress, subject to certain conditions. This feature is not available on all markets — it can only be used when the Cash Out icon is visible.
